About Me

Hi! I'm a Tokyo based photographer, Yuki!

I’ve come this far simply because I love photography.

After graduating high school, I moved to San Diego, California to study photography.
I was planning to graduate there, but my father called me back to Japan, so I returned before finishing my degree.

Since then, I’ve worked as a photographer at Tokyo Skytree taking commemorative photos,
and at a well-known theme park, capturing spontaneous snapshots of visitors.
Later, I spent a year interning at a Pick A Pearl in Epcot,Walt Disney World, Florida, where I experienced the joy of seeing people from all over the world smiling.

It made me realize again—I truly love capturing joyful moments.
Back in Japan, I trained at a children's photo studio before stepping into the world of wedding photography.

After working as a staff photographer at wedding venues in Yokohama and Omotesando,
I became a freelance photographer in November 2023.

Now, I photograph weddings, couples, families, children—and recently, I've started exploring sports photography as well.

I hope the moments I capture will still bring a smile to your face 10 or 20 years from now.
And above all, I want the photo session itself to be a joyful memory—
a time you’ll look back on and say, “That was so much fun!”

My Personality

My biggest passion is Disney.
I love watching the movies, thinking about the deeper meanings, and learning about the behind-the-scenes magic that brings everything to life.
My favorite film is The Princess and the Frog, and I’m also fascinated by the documentary The Imagineering Story on Disney+.

Another thing I love is watching baseball!
Thanks to my husband’s influence, I’ve become a Fukuoka SoftBank Hawks fan.

My favorite drinks are vanilla lattes, banana smoothies, and Thai tea—though it’s hard to find Thai tea in Japan, so I’m always on the lookout!
I also love scones and custard pudding.

Lately, I’ve been really into baking. For about a year now, I’ve enjoyed making bagels, butter rolls, and of course, scones.

People often tell me that I’m easy to talk to and approachable.
I always try to keep a big smile on my face and create a warm, welcoming atmosphere during every shoot.
